SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to SMS and MMS text messages sent by or on behalf of TM Technology Services, LLC, doing business as TM Tech, including messages related to CRM Customers. They also apply when an authorized business uses CRM Customers to send text messages through messaging services managed by TM Tech.

Consent to receive text messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree that TM Tech, CRM Customers, or an authorized CRM Customers user may send you text messages related to the specific service, account, workflow, or relationship for which you opted in. Consent may be provided through a web form, signed form, keyword, direct request, customer onboarding workflow, verbal request where permitted, or other documented opt-in process.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You must be the mobile account holder or have permission from the mobile account holder to opt in.

Message types

Messages may include:

• Account, service, support, and implementation updates
• Appointment, scheduling, task, and workflow reminders
• Security, access, billing, payment, and operational notifications
• Customer service conversations and follow-up messages
• CRM Customers notifications configured by an authorized business user
• Marketing or promotional messages only when separately authorized by the recipient

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your account, product usage, support activity, communication preferences, and the type of messages you agreed to receive. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates and data charges may apply to each message sent or received.

Opt-out instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the message. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Carrier availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS and MMS services may not be available on all carriers, devices, or locations.

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
